Dr. Sathish is an accomplished Consultant in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Aster MIMS, Calicut, with over a decade of experience in advanced cancer management. He completed his MBBS from Madurai Medical College, where he earned multiple gold medals and university distinctions, followed by an MD in Radiotherapy from the renowned Cancer Institute (WIA), Adyar, Chennai, where he was awarded the Best Outgoing Student in Radiation Oncology.

He began his academic career as an Assistant Professor at the Cancer Institute (WIA), Adyar, where he worked for three years, before joining Aster MIMS, Calicut in December 2011, where he continues to provide advanced oncological care.

Dr. Sathish has rich expertise in Brachytherapy (interstitial and implant), Conformal Radiotherapy, Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT), RapidArc, Image-Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT), and Palliative Care. His areas of special interest include brachytherapy procedures, pediatric oncology under anesthesia, and precision-based image-guided radiation therapies.
